Eight story steel structure that includes a new single-level parking garage. Its distinctive features and high-end finishes highlight the office building, including imported stone from Jerusalem and olive wood from Italy, polymer panel systems at all the workstations and a water fountain in the main lobby.
The Electrical work for this project consisted of full electrical system for core, shell and tenant including power distribution, emergency power, telecommunications, custom light fixtures, site lighting, duct banks , full fire alarm, and UL listed lightning protection.
