Construction of new annex, consisting of six floors above grade and two below, plus two parking levels. Achieved a Gold rating for “green” building from the United States Green Building Council.
Coordinated fit-out of existing building office space including light fixtures, dimming system, UPS, fire alarm and electrical distribution equipment. Coordinated base building construction of a six story building including underground garage.
