The redesign of this building included replacing the exterior façade, reconfiguring the interior spaces, redesigning the lobby and adding a 15,000 sq.ft. green roof. Working alongside the city’s Historic Preservation Office, these renovations helped the building achieve LEED Platinum certification, making it the first redeveloped building on the East Coast to reach this goal.
Electrical work consisted of main lobby dimming and building lighting control system, fire alarm equipment and devices, electrical distribution equipment and bus duct, a 200a ATS, telecommunication infrastructure, power connection and disconnect for mechanical and plumbing equipment, building grounding system, security system rough-in and generator.
