Full renovation of (2) 12 story office towers into a single story condominium consisting of 190 units. This project included removal of interior finishes and abatement back to the existing structure and a complete restoration of the facade and lobby. Building features a fitness center, two levels of underground parking, roof top party room, and communication center.
Project included two switchboards, two motor control centers, individual condo unit power metering, fire alarm system, security system, emergency system, telecommunications, roof top party room/patio, and business center.
